The first part of this article was published in the April issue. This article is the second part of the two-part series. The cycle of social evolution is such that it keeps on going up and down like a moving wheel. There is hope that the present downturn in the global social and economic sphere will ultimately lead to an upturn. What, however, is required that masses make an effort to bring about a change rather than try to escape the situation by finding a way out for themselves. This because, the adversity which affects one today will affect others tomorrow.
