I have to make comprehensive comments on a current scientific venture which has created tremendous stir in every one's mind.
As we are aware, the human species is endowed and empowered intellectually and far more evolved compared to other species of the creation. On the strength of this superior intellectual power, it has constantly made endeavours to unravel the mysteries behind the creation as well as the creator" that is the "Phenomenal Expressions and the “Noumenal Cause”. This process was accelerated in the twentieth century, especially after the rapid growth and breakthrough in the physical sciences including Atomic Science, Space Science, Wave Theory and The Theory of Relativity (E=m2 ) etc. which established clear relationship the "Matter" and "Energy" and their interconvertibility and indestructi -bility. The present "Big Bang Mega Experiment" is the latest in this process being the most organized, aninternationally sponsored serious effort.  
I am inclined to point out about the inherent limitations of the physical sciences in the realm of the spiritual stratum. Former deals with "Matter" and "Energy" which are mundane where as latter deals with consciousness, which is spiritual. Mind which is the instrument for utilising  the physical sciences is supra objectively mundane and hence it is capable to explore the mysteries of "Matter" and "Energy" only which are mundane.
The phenomenon called "Big Bang" (Maha Jadasphota) at the beginning of  creation is primarily the product of interaction between "Cosmic Consciousness” and its inherent tendencies, the trifarious principles which later converts itself into "Matter" and subsequently into "Mind". The science behind this phenomena is clearly spelt out in the series of lectures delivered by Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar alias "Anandamurtiji" (1921-1990), compiled in the book "Ideas and. Ideology".
The process may be described in a nut-shell for the general knowledge and common good as follows :
The Cosmic Consciousness or "Purusha" or "Shiva" is the one and only "Noumenal Cause" of creation which remains in two stages -Expressed and Unexpressed. There is no creation unless this "Noumenal Cause" wills to do so. As soon as it wills to express itself, the centrifugal activity "Sanchara Process" sets in and the inherent three dimensional, three-phase principles (called Prakriti or Shakti) which is collection of three immanent principles or forces, called "Sentient” (Sattva), "Mutative" (Rajah) and "Static” (Tamah) start functioning and form the "Triangle of Forces" with the cosmic consciousness as the nucleus. There is no expression untill these three belligerent three phase forces, forming the triangle of forces, maintain their balance. As soon as the balance is lost at any of the three vertices of the triangle, energy "called Shambhavi Shakti" starts flowing out from that point (called Shambhu) with "Big Bang" called (Maha Jadasphota) and metamorphoses itself into "Matter" i.e. the "Five Fundamental Factors" of the creation, known as Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. In this process of creation and after a great deal of evolution from inanimate to the animate, unicellular creatures to multi cellular creatures, at long last the human form with developed mind
and intellect becomes possible which tries to know the mysteries around it in the return journey under the influence of the Centripetal force (Prati Sanchar Process). It is thus obvious that nothing would have been created without the nucleus that is consciousness and its inherent tendencies called the creative principles.
As the consciousness under the influence of these principles converts itself into matter, it remains as the witnessing entity only, uninvolved in the process of conversion and hence maintains its original status as "Purely Spiritual" in the process of "Phenomenal Expression" as was in its original Unexpressed Status. This may be explained just as the formation of Icebergs in vast Oceans on getting suitable climatic conditions, from water to Ice, undergoing only the change of form. Hence, the human mind and the physical sciences can never have access to that spiritual entity, the cosmic consciousness, which is the Nucleus of creation.
The physical scientists have rightly termed the unknown particles associated with "Big Bang" and nuclear structure as the "god Particles" which they want to know in the physical laboratory (LHC). For knowing that spiritual entity the laboratory must also be spiritual which is Atman, or Soul, within the human body which is equipped with vital energy and nine highly developed spiritual centres through which intuitional practice and attainment of  occult powers are possible. Then alone the entire mystery behind the creation and the creator may be known.
